  2. What is a settlement? Settlements are places where people live. It could be a small village or an big city. There are 3 types of settlements patterns nucleated, dispersed, and linear. The 4 types of town are market town, industrial town, holiday resort town and port.

  7. 2000 Population: 3.6 million • More taller building • Port town maybe market town • Nucleated • Benefits beach, lots shopping places and climb mountain • Problems crime, traffic, smog house cost much
