  10. Prices As your official Benelux contact forINDEX DUBAI, we work as follows: • Youpay the nakedsurface (Space Only) directly at the organisation. Thepriceper sqm is $ 415. • Youpay the stand design directly at the stand contractor. Youwillreceive separate invoicesforthis. • We are a free service from the organisation, soyou do not have topayanythingforus. • The priceforthis stand design(2014) was€ 158/m². • It is possibleto order furniture or askforindividual changes at yourown stand. You do not have topayforthingsyou do not want!

Stand division • Exhibitors of 2014 – MDR-DECRUY, DEPOORTERE andPR INTERIORS, will first get the choiceto reserve the same stand or change theirlocationfor 2015. • Afterwardswe send the plan to the otherinterested companies. • We work on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. • As youcansee, space is limited. It is very important todecidequickly. • In case we have more interested companies thanspace, we canask the organisationfor extra space.

  13. Netherlands pavilion • At the moment we do notyet have a locationfor a Netherlands pavilion. We wouldliketoorganiseone, as we alreadydidthis at other shows. • Everythingdepends on the number of interested companies. • The following slides show our Netherlands pavilion at The BIG 5 Dubai 2014.

  17. Prices • We work the same way as with the Belgianpavilion. • This design costs$ 200/m². • It includes the samethings as in the Belgianpavilion.

  18. Luxemburg pavilion If we findenoughinterested companies, we wouldalsoliketoorganise a pavilionfrom Luxemburg, maybewith the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Luxemburg.
