Processes • Calibration • Tsai’s method, with planar object • To calibrate the projector we need to know what it sees (backward projection) • Correspondence Analysis • Find camera-projector pixel-wise mapping • By Applying pattern codification methods • Triangulation • Mesh Conversion • Convert depth map to triangles • Registration • Combine meshes from different views

Components • Canon EOS 1000D • Very high resolution, up to 3888 x 2592 • Need to have it controlled by program • SDK acquired • Projector • Effective resolution: 1024 x 768 • Tripods • For flexibility in hardware configuration • PC or Laptop • Fast enough to process shots in real-time • Background boards/wall/curtain • Turntable
