Recruitment, School Data), Building the NY organization, Upcoming Calendar Events, Partnerships, Misc • Plan AllTeam • Coaching performance of teams • Shared language (ex. Off Track v Tiered Interventions) • Break bread

  5. We Wish We Were Doing Together • More regular communication • Better Shared Understanding of Local Politics • Sharing District Relationships • More Clarity in Defining the City Year Roles of ED and Managing Director

Changing Practice • Shared presentations to funders • Reaching out to partners in work (UW, College Summit) • Merging workstreams • CM attending TD curriculum trainings • Data sharing (internally and externally) • Mapping organizational goals to larger DN • Shifting Language/Model Expectations • Data and how it relates to goals and expectations • Each partner’s core interest satisfied by the collaboration
