Outcomes of this Training • As a result of attending this session, you will: • Understand and begin to recognize four personal/communication Styles. • See how you can use Styles to build a foundation that increases your ability to manage others. • Recognize some of your management challenges in dealing with people of different Styles (and some things to do about it).

  3. Styles Awareness Teaches: Styles flexibility marks successful managers. Increase productivity of employees with different Styles by learning how to motivate them. A difficult person may be just a different person; Recognize & resolve conflicts caused by Styles differences. Assess your dominant Style to know more about yourself, how you work best & what you need to succeed.
