  3. Accessing Sub Payee How do I get in?

  4. To Logon to Substitute Payee • Web address – Save to your favorites https://alameda.panosoft.com/ALAMEDA/index.jsp?pp=Logon • User Name – This is your current 5 digit InSyst staff number (if your current staff number is 4 digits long you will need to enter a preceding 0, i.e. 1234 is entered as 01234). • When logging in the first time you must use the Temporary Password provided during your training session. • The system will prompt you to change your password after your initial logon. • Your Password must contain: • 1 Number • 1 Lower Case Letter • 1 Upper Case Letter • A minimum of 8 characters in Length Note: The system will not allow you to reuse your last 10 passwords.

  5. Logon Screen Enter your InSyst staff number here. 01234 Then enter the temporary password.

  6. The system will require you to change your password at initial log on. • Must contain at least: • 1 Number • 1 Alpha Lower Case 1 Alpha Upper Case • Be a minimum of 8 characters

  7. ForgotYour User Name or Password? Click here to reset your password. You will receive your temporary password via e-mail from Panoramic.

  8. Initial Log In Screen This screen displays the first time you access the system and allows youto customize your color scheme.

  9. Initial Log In Screen Click on Case Management to view My Site Table

  10. My Site View This screen displays the Sub-Payee clients open to your program. To view individual client data, single click on the client name.

  11. Face Sheet This screen displays when you click on a client’s name.

  12. Face Sheet Sections There are 7 Facesheet sections Click on a green button to expand each section. Sidebar menu box is client specific

  13. Transactions To view the client’s income & disbursements, click on “Transactions” on the sidebar menu. The amount displayed is the client’s available balance. CLICK HERE

  14. Transactions Current Month table lists transactions that have occurred for the current month and are anticipated for a future month. Amounts in RED are disbursements. To view details, click on an individual transaction.

  15. Transaction Details You will be able to view: • Payee/Payor • Payee’s address • Check Number • Amount of check • Date Posted • Reason for Payment • Account number for Payee

  16. Budget Request Screens Click on a row to view transmittal details. Click on “Budget Requests” to view processed transmittals.

  17. Budget Request Screens Use this screen to view transmittal type and notes.

  18. Budget Request Menu Click Disbursements on the sidebar menu to view the transactions linked to the budget request (transmittal).

  19. DisbursementTable Displays all disbursements linked to the budget request.

  20. Disbursement Detail Screen Clicking on an individual disbursement (prior slide) will display the details.

  21. Address History & Contacts • Click on Address History to view physical and mailing address history for client • Click on Contacts to view a list of contacts linked to the client. Contacts are people reported living with the client.

CM ReportsTwo Reports are Available: Trans Details Ledger Report: This reports provides details of all income, disbursements and a cumulative balance for the client for the time period you select. Trans & Address Hist Report: This report provides address history details in addition to all of the information listed above for the client for the time period you select.

  24. Reports Menu On the client’s sidebar menu, click on “CM Reports” to display available reports.

  25. Requesting Reports Click on the report you would like to select.

  26. Date Range for the selected report: ► Enter the beginning date that you would like the report to cover. ► Click the Next button. ► Enter the end date that you would like the report to cover. ► Click the Finish button.

  27. You must use the print icon on the report viewer when printing reports. DO NOT use the print option on the Windows Tool Bar Sample of the Trans Details Ledger Report:
