Diagram and Presentation Preparation for New Recruits and Large Audience

I need assistance creating a structured diagram to illustrate our company's organization. This diagram will be shown to five new recruits, so a compact handout on one sheet is necessary. Additionally, the same diagram must be presented to an audience of over 120 people. Please include our company logo in the design and incorporate a file of Steve Girdlestone, our Head of PR and Marketing, into the presentation. We also need a handout for the audience to take notes during Steve's talk. Your help with this project is greatly appreciated!

  2. I need you to do some stuff for me… …you will need to decide which software to use…

  3. OK, I need a diagram to show how our company is structured… …there’s a pic of the sort of thing I’m after called Structure…

  4. I need to show the diagram you’ve just drawn to some of our new recruits… There will only be about five of them… can you sort a handout so we can give them one each… …try not to use more than one sheet of paper in total…

  5. I also need to show the diagram to a large audience of people… 120 plus Can you sort something?

  6. It would be a good idea to add a company logo to what you’re planning… …there’s one in a file called logo…

  7. There’s a picture of the guy whose doing the presentation…he’s a called Steve… …there’s a file called Steve… …can you work that into the presentation as well?

  8. His full name is Steve Girdlestone…he’s a nice guy… …his official title is… Head of PR and Marketing…

  9. People in the audience need to make some notes as Steve talks… Can you sort some sort of handout that I can have copied please…
