Dear Karen, As you know, our annual fundraiser is coming up two weeks, on the 6th December to be precise.We need to send personalized letters inviting our staff to the match – there are quite a few football fans amongst us. Could you send the letters? Let me have a copy of the letter you propose to send ASAP. I’d like the invitation (letter) to be as eye catching as possible, so we can pull more than the usual crowd of football fans. Can you put in photos and colourful fonts to make it more attractive? The agenda for the day is on my computer together with a basic letter and a list of contacts. Please let me know if you need anything else. Kind regards John Callaghan
