    3. 3 University of Miskolc Our legal predecessor was established in 1735 as the first technical higher education institution of the world. Now we have 9 Faculties in versatile disciplines, appr. 15000 students Intellectual centre of the region in a deep crisis

    8. 8 ODL/ e-learning… NORTH HUNGARIAN REGIONAL DISTANCE EDUCATION CENTRE PHARE ODL Network – NHRDEC was born as members of an international network, Active, multi-level collaboration in the late 90s – learning from operable models – both content development and organisational aspects. Jumping over some previous development stages, entering the ODL scenario the same time when e-learning nucleated.

    12. 12 Multilingualism Navigation language: EN, HU, SK, PL, RO, BG, RUS and LT Multilingual content EN, HU, RO, LT, BG, PL, D, F, IT, ES, SK and RUS. Simultaneous access to all language versions, paragraph-by-paragraph System administrator may define the „master” and hidden languages
