Class goals. • I will be ready to learn when I enter the classroom. • Read and understand the directions before asking, “what are we doing?” or saying “I don’t understand”. • Know when talking and socializing is okay and when you should be quiet and listen. • Check your grades at least every other day.

(goal # 1 & 2) • Work on the first two columns of vocabulary. • Write the translation to the unit vocabulary next to the English word. • If you do not know the word or are unsure of the spelling, you may use a phone or a text book. • Have it checked to get a stamp. The stamp is your credit. The stamp will be put on your homework paper.

  13. How to maximize your work. • Work in a group of 4. • Divide the words up. • Look up the words you were assigned. • Share with the rest of the group.

  34. Smart pal care • Clean off all marker. • Place microfiber cloth back inside of plastic covering and flat. • Return smart pal to box on books.

Clean (goal #2 & 5) • If your desk has marks on it besides the number in the left hand corner, please get a sock from the basket and a spray bottle that has purple liquid in it. • When you are finished with the sock, please place it behind the teacher’s desk on the floor and return the spray bottle to the filing cabinet or table. • Please pick up any paper or other items off the floor that should not be there.
