Creating Characters • Team Managers can encourage teams to address multiple attributes in Instant Challenge and Team Challenge • Teams can practice creating well-developed characters using the Choose a Character chart • Teams can use the Character Generating Tool to produce characters that are real to the audience
Steps to Stronger Performance Skills • Watch good performances • Discuss • What the actors did • How they sounded • How they moved • Discuss techniques your team can develop • Practice those skills

Consistent Appraisingof Performance Skills • Decide on Criteria BEFORE 1st team • Watch the performance carefully • Note • WHAT the actors did • HOW they sounded • HOW they moved
