Founded June 2006. • Over 120 members including: manufacturers, educational institutions, workforce development boards, chambers of commerce, economic development, and government entities. • 18 counties in the New North. • The Vision of the NEW Manufacturing Alliance is to have Northeast Wisconsin recognized as a world leader in advanced manufacturing opportunities.   16. North Coast Facts! • There are 15 Major International Ports • 95% of U.S. Fresh Water Supply • 10,900 miles of Coastline • Great Lakes ports are closer to European Markets than many Eastern and Gulf ports
