  2. Logging In 2 • To log in to the BC Minor Baseball Website, simply head to the homepage (https://www.bcminorbaseball.org/) • From the Website select “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen. Login 4

  3. BC Minor Baseball Website • Once signed in you should see a pop out on the left side of the screen • To be able to make any changes on the website you must signed in and switch “Edit Mode” on • Once edit mode is on you are able to make changes to page elements Website 1 Website 2

Creating Teams 1 Teams 1 Teams 2 Teams 3 • To add teams to your league you must be on the league page (ex: 11U AAA) and have “Edit Mode” On • When ready to add the team select the “Pages” tab on the left panel and then select “Add New Page” then Select “Team Page” • If the team you wish to add has already been created you can select it from the pool of existing teams • When creating a new team the more detail the better should there be multiple teams with similar names from the same associations (Ex: 11U AAA Penticton Tigers & 13U AA Penticton Tigers)

  5. Team Pages Teams 4 Teams 5 • Once the team is created you will want to select “Manage Team” to add the schedule and rosters. You will be sent to the Schedule • Too add games select “New Game” in the top right area and fill out all information in regards to the game. • To add roster members simply select “Roster” on the left navigation tab then “Add Players” and fill in the pop up window (Images on next page) • Like The HQ and Website there is a help button available and there is a test league to experiment with creating teams Teams 6

  7. Editing Game Scores • To edit scores of a game you need to go to “Game Schedule” from your league and then select the Time Link under “Status”. Once there you can use “Quick Score” to put up the score quickly. Or select “Edit Stats” to put in some more detailed information from the game. • You can also select “QS” to pull up the Quick Score menu from the “Game Schedule” Page. Teams 9 Teams 10
