Duties vs funding • 885 386 registered job-seekers (registered unemployed) (2006) • Live contracts with 336 056 companies • 521 493 reported vacancies (32% about them were sheltered jobs) • 191 197 Number of job-seekers in ALMPs • 283 643 citizens were provided applied human services (eg. Career counselling, Job Club…) (2006) • 4000-strong staff of AFSZ came into direct contact with 1/10th of the population (2006) • HUF 53.4 billion for active measures • Within HUF 33 BILLION for regional LMF budget (7) • HUF 3 billion for the PES itself (2006) • NEO+7RLC+170LO+9RTC More details at AFSZ’s yearbook p 19 (2006)
