Major eGrants Activities - PennDOT dotGrants • Bureau of Highway Safety and Traffic Administration (BHSTE) • Open application went live 4/16/2007 (8 programs) • SAP ERP integration went live 11/9/2007 • Electronic Invoicing Interface • Funds Commitment Interface / QA Reconciliation Process • Statement of work for eSignatures in process • Bureau of Aviation (BOA) • Open application went live 8/8/2007 (3 programs) • SAP ERP integration • Funds Commitment Interface / QA Reconciliation Process - went live 11/9/2007 • Electronic Invoicing Interface – Planned go-live 1/15/2008

Major eGrants Activities - PennDOT dotGrants • Bureau of Rail Freight (BRF) • Open application went live 8/20/2007 (2 programs) • SAP ERP integration – Planned go-live 1/15/2008 • Bureau of Municipal Services (BMS) • Currently executing program forms and workflow design (1 grant-like application) • Planned Go-Live 1/22/2008 (open application and SAP ERP integration) • Bureau of Public Transportation (BPT) • Currently executing program forms and workflow design (10 programs) • Go-Live date being planned for 2nd or 3rd quarter 2008

  5. eGrants Activities – Other Agencies • Pa Department of Education (PDE) - eGrants Assessment • eGrants Product Assessment – Completed • Procurement options being reviewed • Pa Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) - eGrants Assessment • eGrants Product Assessment – Underway • Pa Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) - eGrants Rewrite • .NET version of eGrants system in User Acceptance Testing • Planned production Go-Live December 2007
