Supplementary Applications
  • Lots of programs require additional components to the application. These might include a portfolio, interview, testing or audition.

For example, George Brown’s Fashion Techniques Course requires a sewing test on an industrial machine

  • Collaborative Degrees are programs that are divided between a college and university. Each institution will require you to apply to either OCAS or OUAC.
testing pre admissions
Testing – Pre-Admissions

Some schools require testing to ensure that students have the required skills to be successful in their program of choice.

Other programs that are “highly competitive” will require testing as a way of "ranking" and may be used to make admission decisions

There is a fee for most pre-admissions testing and depends on the school.
