Service Contract Type of Agreement 1. Retained Base Retained service agreement is typically utilized for senior level executive positions or positions that require strong industry expertise. Hiring Organizations pay retained search firms to fill executive-level positions, with three equal portioned payments at each stage of commitment, recommendation, and final confirmation. This agreement optimizes the probability of identifying the best candidate. Within 6 month leave of the candidate will be reinforced by Solomon Search. 2. Partial Retained Base Partial service agreements ensure the possibility of identifying the best fit candidate but, are utilized mostly for non Sr. level search. Hiring Organizations pay retained search firms to fill the positions, with two equal portioned payments at each stage of recommendation, and final confirmation. Reinforced service can be implemented based on individual agreement when in leave of candidate. 3. Contingency Service Contingency Service agreement requires no up-front payment for Hiring Organization. This agreement is best utilized for less important positions or roles. Hiring Organization can avoid pre-payment of Interviews and recommendations however, is the least recommended agreement for positions that require high level of quality and expertise.
