  7. Harmonizing NCDDP and GPBP Implementation • NCDDP and GPBP share common municipalities. Both programs can complement each other through community-level action planning using CDD and GPBP-coordinated budgeting • Municipalities can continue CDD operation with GPBP support, even after the end of the four NCDDP funding cycles.

  8. NCDDP and GPBP NGA Funds based on mandates GPBP ensures NGA plans (funds) are responsive to local needs for poverty reduction. Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan LGU Local Development Investment Programing ensure managed resources for sustained poverty reduction and growth. Municipal LGU Barangay LGU CDD ensures that community priorities inform municipal planning and budgeting. Community Community
