Due date when assessment data is available to districts.

During the auditing window districts can submit changes to the data (at least two weeks).

Districts are encouraged to use the validation and verification reports in the portal to audit their data.

After auditing window, the data is considered final and ready for official use.

Comparability Site (SOSR)

Compare tool on the State of the Schools Report allows you to select between 2 and 7 districts or schools to compare.

The selected schools/districts can be compared for characteristics, NePAS, NeSA, and AYP.

Characteristics – poverty %, ELL %, SPED %, Mobility %, Grad %, Membership, Highly Mobile %

NePAS – Status, Improvement, and Growthfor all three levels

NeSA – Percent Proficient – by subgroup, by grade, by subject

AYP – Met or Not Met – by school level, by reading and math.

  • Available through the Portal, districts will be able to audit assessment the following assessment data for district/school:
    • Average scale score by subgroup, by subject, and by grade.
    • Performance Level – percent below, meets, and exceeds by subgroup, by subject, and by grade.

    • Shows both NeSA General and Alternate results
