  3. Objectives:What are we going to do? • Provide digital accessibility to various information sources and effective communication avenues • Provide documentation and training • Close the digital divide between the CCJC and its target audience

  4. Methodology:How are we going to do it? • Staff interviews • Participant Observation • Research on best practices • Research on existing communication model

  5. Restructuring:What are we making? • User-friendly website • Social Networking • LinkedIn for interns, volunteers and community partnerships • Facebook for family outreach • Multimedia Artifacts • Introduction videos of staff • Tour videos • User Manual and training
