TEC Enablers/ Contingency • The current Contingency Plan provides high level operational principles. • Its impact on TEC environment will be analyzed in detail at a later stage of the project when particular decisions will be made on contingency solutions: • Definition of aiding units for each ATSU • Definition of level of contingency service provision, etc • Dynamicity Function can be an enabler

Conclusions • No TEC blocking factors identified for FAB CE establishment • Details to be clarified during the definition phase • Multiple parallel implementation activities may represent risks for meeting the timescales • Regional Technical Planning Board will mitigate the risk developing detailed implementation plans • Implementation of TEC enablers supporting dynamic AoR cross border operations suggested to align with the introduction of SESAR compliant systems (beyond 2015)
