In conclusion … • Re-purposing the space was past due. • The reaction overall has been enormously positive. • Having a strategic plan to follow and listening to your users is essential. • Re-use what you can, to save money. • Learn how to draw to scale. • You don’t always get what you want. 16 OLA Super Conference January 30, 2004
