Process Incompletes by selecting Process or Process All
Review and then Click Sign
2. Click Sign to sign the report 1. Click in the report where the correction needs to be made; type the correction

Red X’s indicate items pending the signature of a Resident View the “Reason” for the Resident’s name
Type Missing Text in the box provided and click Complete Look under “Reason” for instructions on what text is missing

Click the decline button Provide comments in the reason field to send a note to the coder, then click OK
Select Dictation Delinquent
Dictation Deficiency: • Complete Dictation as normal. • Optional—Enter Dictation Job ID into HPF for tracking • Complete the Deficiency
Create a bookmark for the page being viewed by clicking the bookmark icon. View bookmarks by clicking the bookmark tab.
The Prior Charts link displays past encounters for the selected patient.
