  1. John F. Kennedy as President American history is an unfathomable subject that contains information about its ancient culture and civilization, wars and conflicts that took place from time to time and great leaders, their contributions to the nations and major achievements, et cetera. Regarding John F. Kennedy, the 35th president of the US, he did not become immortalised in American history overnight. John F. Kennedy as the presidentmade waves in the US, so received immense name and fame not only in the US but the world over.

  2. John F. Kennedy, a Harvard graduate, was the youngest to enter the White House as president. He served his nation from January 1961 until his assassination in November 1963. The legacy of John F. Kennedy has allowed Americans to give him the highest rating after Franklin D. Roosevelt. During his short presidency, he proposed many important steps. In his address at American University in 1963, he spoke of the Soviet Union politely to ease the Cold War.

  3. The very next day, he delivered an exceptional speech and launched a drive for a civil rights bill that he hoped would bring racial segregation to an end. He also put forth a voting-rights bill and federal programs to provide complete health care to the poor and the elderly. Some of his proposals became law in the US. The most important was his adept management of the Cuban missile crisis in 1962, which is considered the most dangerous moment since World War II. Many of his advisors believed that the US should bomb the missile pads that the Soviet Union was stationing in Cuba. Knowing the danger of escalating the crisis, he gave an order for the blockade of Soviet ships.
