YOU WANT SCALABLE WIRELESS? • Promote it as a major Policy answer to ‘Ubiquitous Broadband’ for Rural Americans • Back/Push Spectrum Reform at the FCC • Look way beyond Wi-Fi and use Fuel Cells • Get more lower frequency - shared ‘unlicensed’ • Push for GPS equipped Smart Radios • Regulate out grandfathered licensed-legacy radios – 5 years either up, or out • Get the White House to dirty its mind with NTIA and the allocation of Government spectrum
