  3. Divisions • There are 2 main classes of cloud: Layered and Convective • Stratus clouds • (the Latin stratus means "layer") • Cumulus clouds • (cumulus means "piled up")

  5. More Subdivisions • High Clouds Cirro 6000 M + • Mid Clouds Alto 2000-6000 M • Low Clouds Strato - 2000 M • Vertical Clouds (cumulus)
