The business environment includes the surrounding factors that each helps or hampers the development of business. It has natural resources and places, and things to exist.

  4. “Environment refers to that aspect of the surroundings of a business enterprise and features of the business unit which affect or impact its activities and operations and decide its effectiveness.” The business environment may be defined as the set of external factors such as the economic factors, government, and legal factors, demographic factors, geophysical factors, which are uncontrollable in nature and affects the business decisions of a firm or company.
