This study investigates the presence and behavior of endogenous retroviral elements (ERVs) in human kidney, lung, and liver tissues. Using a 100 bp ladder for DNA fragment analysis across multiple control settings over periods ranging from 3 to 24 hours, we explore the genetic stability of retroviral constructs and their relationship with cellular integrity. Observations on burn treatment effects on DNA samples reveal insights into the thermal resilience of these elements, contributing to our understanding of their role in human health and disease.
