ON- LINE APPEALS INFORMAL 31,300 parcels total 1,758 informal appeals (5.6% appeal rate) 101 appeals filed online (5.7% online) FORMAL 364 formal appeals (20.7% of informals or 1.2% of total) 79 appeals filed online (21.7% online) Once informal appeals were completed, the on-line process was converted to formal appeals to the Board of E&R
