  2. Did you do the homework & review quiz? Q: Does a low grade in the 1st midterm guarantee a low final grade for the class? A: Not at all. Excel in the 2nd midterm and other assignments (I.e. homework, project, etc), and getting an A is still very possible!

  3. What can we learn from this exam? • Q: Is it a very hard exam? • A: Not at all. The average is 74, not 20! The highest is 100! • Q: Does a low grade mean that I am not a good student for APCD? • A: There is no such a relationship. However, you may want to improve your skills for exams. Instead of getting a perfect answer for one problem, you may want to have a chance to reach all problems. Survey all questions in the beginning. Do not rush from question 1; instead, take care of the easy ones first. Most of all, the exam is not the end of learning. Instead, it should help you clarify certain points that you did not fully understand previously.
