(alarm, resistance and exhaustion stage) • Stress can be categorized into 3 main areas and examples of them. • Stress Signals and examples • Long term stress and its complications • What happens to the body during stress. • Essay- choose 3 stressors in your life and for each 1 write the following. • 1.Identify what the stressor is and 2.what are some signs you get that you identify that you are under stress. • How do you cope with the stress 3.both negative and positive examples. • What could you do 4.in the future to lower the amount of stress in your life?
