Georgia has one of the lowest total tax burden in Central and Eastern Europe and 7-th place in the world. • B. Moreover, «doing business 2011» has called Georgia a country-reformer number one in the world for the last five years. Georgia assigned The b+ rating organization Standard & Poor's, devoted the 26-th place among the «most free» countries according to the Index of economic freedom in the rating of the Fund «Heritage» (Heritage Foundation), and 37-th place in the rating of the world economic forum; - Strategic geographical location. Georgia performs the function of the physical and political bridge between the European and Western markets with huge potential of the Caspian and Central Asian regions through continuous implementation of several large-scale energy and transportation projects. Four of the existing sea ports, updated the railway infrastructure, the three international airport and a highway of international standard from the Eastern border of Georgia to the Black sea represent an opportunity for the rapid transit of goods from Central Asia to Europe and Vice versa.
