  1. Sponsored Education Group Success Story The 389 students in the Howe [OK] school district have begun to travel outside their remote school dwellings in recent months. They have been to Atlanta to visit Zoo Atlanta. They have been to Cincinnati where they learned about the Black King Snake. They have been on a navy battleship anchored in New York Harbor.
