  4. Successful Clubs Sustain and increase membership Implement successful service projects Support The Rotary Foundation Develop leaders in the club and beyond

  5. Every Club’s Challenge Annual cycles break continuity, consistency and consensus. Clubs end up “re-inventing the wheel” instead of moving forward with effective action steps. Communication Breakdown about Core Values and Club Vision that drive Club Policy, Objectives and Action.

Next Steps Find a Club Member to serve as Club Coordinator Recruit 15 to 25 or 80% of Club Members (whichever is less) to commit to participate in a four hour Vision Formation Process Follow up with a Club Assembly to share the results of the Vision Facilitation and gain Consensus of the Members Develop Action Steps that are a result of your newly established Vision and Goals
