Earthquake • Remain in building: Duck, cover, and hold position • When shaking stops: Evacuate building via a safe route to the assembly area • Do not leave till you are accounted for, and have been instructed to.

Completion Certificate and Course & Instructor Evaluation • Those without a SLAC email or easy access to a computer should complete and turn in a paper evaluation form. • Unless otherwise noted, all that successfully completed this course will soon receive a course completion certificate via email. • This email will also include a link to an on-line course & instructor evaluation form. • Please take a couple of minutes and provide your input – we value your comments!
