  4. Options • Buy new parts for the jail: • $100 per cell • 6 cells • Remodeling all 6 • Sanitary and reinforce • Global Expansion plans • Combining current buildings • One main building • Both lower and higher staff in one office • Not necessary

  5. Staffing Issues • Our Plan • Hire 1 extra person • $8/hr • Not needed • We currently have 3 staff members 2 in the separate building • Paid $8/hr • Manager paid $10/hr • Main building
