The Success of the EUI Project Where we were before EUI • All data was stored in White Plaines NY • Direct access issues • Ensuring data viability • Cognos was the reporting tool. • Prebuilt data models • Burden of licensing • System Performance What EUI has provided • Data is stored and managed here in New Mexico • Monitoring of data • Converted to Microsoft Reporting • Built Internal data understanding • No reoccurring costs • System performance is great improved and built for expansion. • One authentication model for all application

  3. Our users account have grown to include over 1,500 public school employees PED employees have created over 250 reports for constituent to run. STARS averages over 10,000 reports run a month PED has consolidated the majority of applications into the EUI domain. The consolidation of these applications has created a dynamic environment for collecting data for legislative requirements that were never considered within PED (NMAE, Duplicated New Mexico ID) PED created an environment where state legislators could run reports about the school district within their legislative districts.
