  6. Account access Enter your Password PA55word!

  7. Account access Select: Maintenance direct

  8. Account access Click Sign-in

  9. Account access Click here if you forgot your password

  10. Your View Click the Number To view your Work order

  11. Your View This is a view of what is in your inbox

  12. Your View Click on this tab To enter a new work order.

  13. New Request Click your location

  14. New Request Describe your Area i.e. room type Or number

  15. New Request Craft Selection For John Carnahan’s office, chose Operations For all maintenance requests, chose anything Craft except for Custodian or Operations.

  16. New Request Enter the craft that matches the work to be done.

  17. New Request Describe the work to be done

  18. New Request If you want this Work order to go to Maintenance or Operations click “NO”

  19. New Request Click Submit

  20. Password Change Click here to change Your personal Settings. i.e. password

  21. Password Change Type in the old Password PA55word ! New password must be a minimum of 6 characters long

  22. Password Change Click Done
