Biography continued • 1949 gets married and lives in Columbus, Ohio. • 1950’s first one man exhibitions • 1960’s professor in New York. Begins Benday Dot method and incorporating his infamous comic books. • 1960’s-1990’s continues production, work is viewed in many prestigious galleries, and receives many awards • 1997 dies in Manhatten, NYC.
