  1. 2012 Class Meetings • Introduce Administration • Dr. Downs- Principal • Mrs. Zarbnisky- 12 grade • Dr. Hill- 11th grade • Mrs. Clune- 10th grade • Coach Mathews- 9th grade

  2. Introduce Counselors • Ms Sax- A to E • Ms. Shearstone- F to Le • Ms. Bruce- Li to R • Ms. Hamrick- S to Z • Mrs. Callahan- Special Consultant

  3. DRESS CODE/BEHAVIOR 2012-2013 Pope High School Policies

  4. Young Ladies:Modest, not revealing or provocative (Between your neck and shoulder must be covered) • No tank tops • No halter tops

  5. Young Ladies: • No sun dresses with thin straps or no straps • No cleavage

  6. Young Ladies: • Shorts /skirts /dresses • Must come to the longest fingertip when extended down

  7. Young Ladies • No underwear visible. • No midriff visible. • No see-through clothing that reveals midriff.

  8. Young Ladies • Clothing with holes… • Cannot reveal any skin above the fingertip length. • No headgear worn or SEEN IN the building. • Sunglasses, bandanas, do-rags, hats, etc.

  9. Young Ladies • No spandex or biker shorts. • No leggings unless they are worn with a top that comes to the fingertip length. (Everything pictured is inappropriate!)

  10. Inappropriate Slogans • No profane slogans or words on clothing. • No illegal substance slogans or pictures. • Ex: beer, tobacco, marijuana etc. • No slippers or house shoes.

  11. Gentlemen • No sleeveless tops • Pants secured at the waist (NO SAGGING JEANS!)

  12. Gentlemen • No headgear is worn or SEEN IN the building. Hats, stocking caps, do-rags, bandanas, sunglasses and forehead bands.

  14. These are just examples, the school reserves the right to determine whether or not clothing is appropriate for school.

  15. Respectful Behavior • Lunchroom • Keep hands to yourself • Hall movement • Cell phones/Devices • Stolen property • Athletic events

  16. Expectations • AO procedures • X-block expectations • Tardies- to school and class • Junior and Seniors: • Parking • Senior Stuff!!

  17. BOTTOM LINE • Dress Appropriately • Be on time for all of your classes • Pick-up YOUR trash at lunch • Be Respectful of yourself and others • Study hard for your classes so you can graduate on time HAVE A GREAT SCHOOL YEAR!!!
