Our Values Universe Core Values Core values are on the left in shades of purple Clusters Dark black circles group together values of a similar theme Grow Values Grow values are on the right in shades of green Size The size of each circle denotes the number of people who chose it Values Each coloured circle represents one of the 29 values Colour The colour indicates how strongly it registered as core / grow Isolates Some values cannot be clustered
