  1. Development strategy The project meet the purpose, tasks and the priorities of social and economic development determined by strategy of social and economic development of North Caucasus federal district till 2025, and also strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Dagestan till 2025, the Republic of Dagestan approved by the law of July 15, 2011 No. 38. Implementation of the project will allow to create more than 900 new workplaces and to increase tax revenues in budgets of all levels. The project is developed within implementation of the federal program "Strategy of Development of a Forest Complex of the Russian Federation for the Period till 2020 "From the federal budget from 2013 to 2020 for implementation of the state program is planned to allocate about 2,35 billion rubles. The authorities count that as a result of implementation of this program the annual volume of investment will increase to 2 trillion rubles, the volume of a gross regional product will reach 6 trillion rubles. The main directions of the state program are housing, resort and sanatorium construction, construction of social and cultural facilities - preschool educational institutions, hospitals, policlinics и.т.д. Implementation of these programs is directly connected and depends on deliveries of wood-processing production which occupies a considerable share in these volumes, since a board and finishing furniture production. The project offered by us, is equipped with the most advanced technology, the qualified professionals who were trained including in Europe it is aimed at their execution and does our production demanded and competitive. ВIn this regard in the program of our company measures for support of the small enterprises which are engaged in production of products from a tree which only in Dagestan is more than 500 are planned and already begun. The lowest level of applied technologies and poor quality of raw materials don't allow the enterprises to make qualitative production. Our task to bring these enterprises to the appropriate technological level, by their equipment, training and deliveries of qualitative production from a tree of any complexity. Besides, annually under "sanitary cutting down" in the Republic of Dagestan about 40 thousand CBM of the wood, including valuable breeds get. The existing and applied technology doesn't allow to perform these works according to requirements. Our company is ready to include these tasks in the project and to provide their faultless execution. Our task is to create the large woodworking enterprise which will be able to provide with high-quality production the market of the Republic of Dagestan and as to provide training of everyone who wants to become an expert in processing of wood of the different directions with application of advanced technologies on the modern equipment! Most important: we know that to do and we know how to do it!

Russia, Arkhangelsk region • Project costs – 3,7 billion rubles. • As a result of implementation of the project will be created: • 700 workplaces in Dagestan, 200 workplaces in the Arkhangelsk region, • with average compensation of 25 thousand rubles. • Contributions to non-productive funds will average more • 80 million rubles a year, taxes in budgets of different level more than 600 million rubles a year after an exit to design capacity. • The payoff period of the project will make 47 months. • The term of start of the project will make 1 year.

  4. Production will be divided into two enterprises. In the Arkhangelsk region it will be created: The Arkhangelsk wood-processing ALPK complex - will provide the main production by uninterrupted delivery of raw materials in the necessary quantity and as will independently bring in the additional income and will accelerate payback of holding as a whole. Moreover, future "ALPK" is capable to conduct independently economic activity and to be as konkurentno capable in world and domestic market. "ALPK" is calculated on productivity on preparation and wood processing in 400 000 m ³ in a year, at an exit to design capacity, and thanks to modular creation of production sites independent from each other is capable to increase the power to necessary limits. "ALPK" will independently make thermal and electric energy for ensuring the needs without using external power sources. II) In the Republic of Dagestan lives in poverty the main production is created: The Dagestan sawing woodworking combine of "DLPK" which will be equipped with the most modern and hi-tech equipment, providing release of high-quality production. Equipment of corporation shops and complete sets the universal equipment, the combine is capable to make practically any production from wood proceeding from requirements of the market. The combine is calculated on processing in a year, in 200 000 m ³ wood of coniferous breeds and 100 000 m ³ hard-wooded broadleaved breeds of wood and as it is capable to prepare and recycle wood independently.

  7. summary • The project is based on careful studying of requirements of the world market by criteria of the price characteristic of retail and wholesale cost of production in CIS countries and Europe, and as demanded quality of raw materials and finished goods. • The deep analysis by efficiency of preparation and wood processing is carried out, defects of the largest global manufacturers are considered, more perspective methods of preparation and wood processing are developed. • При создании холдинга поставлена цель – «Выпуск продукции высокого качества которое позволит войти в первую десятку лучших мировых производителей». • For output the best wood known worldwide the Russian Federation growing in the territory, to be exact in the north of the Arkhangelsk region is chosen. • For creation of corporation the decision to divide an arrangement of procuring and manufacturing enterprise for the purpose of extraction of the most economic superiority before other competitors is made and as to take the maximum profit remaining thus completely competitive and in domestic market. • The project was submitted for acquaintance to the European experts and was highly appreciated on all indicators as were signed with representatives of the enterprises (Germany, Switzerland, Iran) agreements of intent in acquisition of various production by them volume more than 70% of planned production.
