  5. Easy recording the greeting message Old Specification The subscriber should do the complicated key-operation to record the greeting message as follows. [5][0][0]+[password][#]+[3][1][1]  Recording No-answer greeting [5][0][0]+[password][#]+[3][3]  Recording Owner’s name We can not register Quick Dial to make the simple operation for recording the greeting message, because we have to dial the personal password just after accessing the VPS. But for example, most of the guests of the hotel does not know such operation. I have to listen to the guidance to record the greeting message. Subscriber PBX VPS

Creating the mailbox automatically at 2:00AM Matters that require attention • The VPS can not answer the incoming call during executing the auto configuration. • We recommend removing the unnecessary extension numbers from the PBX, because the auto configuration creates the unnecessary mailbox. The unnecessary mailboxes come back at the midnight, even if you remove the unnecessary mailbox from the VPS. Blinking The green LED is blinking. Remove This problem is fixed like the blue arrows.
