CoMSEF Graduate Student Award

The CoMSEF Graduate Student Award celebrates outstanding graduate students in the field. In its third year, this award received seven nominations, highlighting the exceptional talent among nominees. Today at 12:30 PM, two awardees were announced: Jeremy Purvis from Penn, advised by Scott Diamond, and Rachel Getman from Notre Dame, advised by Bill Schneider. Each will receive a $500 award and a certificate. Nomination criteria included a letter and a poster presentation, and nominators must be CoMSEF members.
