  2. Goals • I have met each of the 6 goals in STLP. I have helped create many projects and have been providing technology help in my school and community since the first grade. I am always able to lend a helping hand and give great advice to others when it comes to technology. I shine as a leader in my community with technology. I use technology appropriately everyday. At school my DDL (digital drivers license) is visible to others when I am using my personal technology. I make a good role model to my peers when using technology. I follow all of the school rules for using technology and encourage my peers to do the same. As you will see in the slides to follow I have created many products and have provided lots of help to others.

  19. Services • I have provided many technology services to students, teachers, and my community. I am known around my community and school as the “go to tech dude.” I am asked nearly everyday questions about computers and other devices. I am always able to lead people in the right direction with their devices. People even ask me questions about what type of devices to buy. I can usually lead them in the right direction for their next technology purchase. I have helped carry out and create many projects. I am the trusted technology person in my school.

  20. Services • Services I have provided: • Last year I was asked by the administration at my school to lead classes in a computer lab for three days to take the Gallop Poll survey. • Since the first grade I have been asked by teachers and students to help with general and advanced computer questions. • I have been asked by my school to help produce many videos and projects. I was asked by my assistant principal and counselors at my school to make all of the videos about our school for the incoming 6th graders. (Videos shown previously in the products section) • Last year I helped my assistant principal produce a PowerPoint for a school board meeting. I helped her do timings, add music, custom animation, and I helped her “jazz” up the PowerPoint. • This year I was asked by the principal to create a video to show at a school district board meeting. (Video shown previously in the products section) • I was asked by my church to provide computer training this year. I was asked to show them shortcuts and how to use their new computers in general.

  21. Creativity/Innovation • I have used my creativity and innovation in my school to make a change. For school projects I use my creativity and innovation to create interesting, funny, and intriguing projects. In the fifth grade I made creative and funny advertisement videos for our Beta Club School Store. My advertisement videos were loved and famous around my elementary school (one of the videos is shown in my products section). I used my creativity and innovation to make the videos. The videos made a change that year by helping us make more sales which made us more money for our club to donate. I still use creativity and innovation in all of my products today to make them interesting and fun.

  22. Reflection • STLP has made a difference in my life. Since I was a little kid I have been fascinated and very skilled with technology. My talent shined in elementary school. When I came to the middle school I was looking for a club to join related to technology. STLP was the club for me. Since I joined STLP I have been able to let my talent in technology shine at school. STLP has let me be somebody in middle school. I am known for my technology skills by teachers, peers, and my community. STLP has given me great opportunities I will remember for the rest of my life.
