  1. Theme: Wound infections: characteristics and laboratory diagnosis of tetanus and gas gangrene. Wound infections in children. IWS - Anaerobic bacteria that do not belong to the family of clostridia (bacteroids, fuzabacterias, privavtelly) and their importance in surgical practice

A place of carrying out of practice, equipment. • - Dept. of Microbiology -to conduct practical exercises: a set of dyes used in staining bacteria -microscopes, pipettes, test tubes, spirit lamps, slides, tripods. culture of microbes grown on nutrient medium,-gun new information technology, equipment demonstrations, slides, videos. • -TCB: Projector, slide, television, video.

  3. Duration of employment • - 4 hours (class periods) 180 minutes

The employment purpose • - Writing a basic knowledge of microorganisms that cause wound infections .- Give the concept of classification of microorganisms that cause wound infections .- To give knowledge about the kinds of microorganisms that cause disease wound .- Writing on the concepts of laboratory diagnosis of wound diseases.- Writing a certificate of registration in the laboratory journal and technology taking material from patients .- Give knowledge about choosing a nutrient medium for the growth of microorganisms that cause disease wound .- To give knowledge about the identification and methods of laboratory diagnosis of microorganisms that cause disease.- Give the concept of activities of prevention and treatment of diseases of the wound .
