  4. Field Trips • Deadlines • 3-weeks on master list • 6-weeks not on master list • Financial Accountability • Transportation • Sub Request Form • Jessica • Please remember no field trips on school days unless it strongly relates to curriculum

  5. Minutes • Approval Process- ASB meetings Wednesdays • Absolutely EVERY space filled out • Initials/Votes etc. • Rosters/Lists of attendees • Sports teams rosters OK • If providing food: student initials • Meeting vs. Event

  6. ASB Cards & Competition • No longer required per Ed Code • In order for ASB to help fund ANY competition ALL students on team MUST have ASB card • i.e.: tournaments, mock trial, band competitions, cheer competitions, academic decathlon etc. • Please help us to help you- Push with your students

  7. Fundraising • No “in hand” food item sales • 1 per school: Counting student store • ALL fundraisers not included on May list need board approval • After getting approved by ASB, then need approval from Asst. Sup. Business • Will go to board meeting retroactively when necessary • Please plan ahead! Fundraiser cannot take place until after hearing back from the DO • Don’t forget to “re-cap” actual money earned after the fact

  8. Update Constitution • September 9th • Update before business begins • Electronic: • Approval in minutes • If no changes, Becky can update year, just let her know. • If there is a change, email the new constitution to Becky for ASB approval.

  9. Bookkeeper/Drop Box • In order to close out need to be out of office by 3:25pm. • Should you need a money bag, those can be checked out with Becky. • Drop box installed to assist needs • If drop box is needed, you need to get a key from Melanie first. You are responsible for the key. • Advisor will need to be responsible for coming down within 1day to retrieve the drop box deposit and verify count with Becky.

  10. Important Dates • All ASB meetings are on Wednesdays • Club Rush- Any last minute additions? • This Thursday/ Friday • We will provide table/sign/sign-up sheet • Please provide students to work tables and displays, pictures etc. • Club Fair: October 31st & November 1st • Non-compliant food for 4 days a year • 2 days in fall & 2 days in spring • Sales are 1st come 1st serve who actually turn in paperwork to Becky • FCMAT Training • Mandatory for all Club advisors and Head Coaches • Thursday September 12th, 2:45 p.m. in the cafeteria
