  14. Headed to College? Have you taken the SAT and/or ACT yet? If not, register ASAP. Next SAT, Oct. 5th (registration is over) Then, Nov. 2rd (regular registration until Oct. 3rd) www.collegeboard.com(Fee: $51 Late fee: +$27.50) Next ACT, Oct. 26th (regular registration until Sept. 27th) www.act.org (Fee w/writing: $52.50) SAT & ACT materials are in the Go Center.

FREE Money • Scholarships based on merit/talent • Grants based on financial need Loans • Subsidized loans – the government pays the interest while the student is in school • Unsubsidized loans – the student pays the interest College Work Study Part-time jobs provided by the college (for those who qualify).
