  2. On the SToP-BPD website, click on • Documents → After randomization → Medication program

  3. Fill in name, date of birth (dd-mm-yyyy) and birthweight • Press “Enter”

  4. Fill in date and time of first administration (dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm)! • Press “Enter”

  5. In case of hypertension (according to definitions protocol) • systolic blood pressure • > 80 mmHg for infants 24-26 wks • > 90 mmHg for infants 26-28 wks • > 100 mmHg for infants ≥ 28 wks • Next dose will be discarded • Following regimen will be with a lowered frequency

  6. Fill in date and time of hypertension recorded (dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm) • Press “Enter”

  7. Example: hypertension after 24 hrs

  8. Print function

  9. Keep the schedule in patient’s chart
