The TUPE process preserves an individual's employment rights when they transfer to a new employer.
All contractual terms and conditions of Public Health staff will remain the same except for those outlined in the 'Measures Letter'
Change of working hours to 37 hours per week with no affect upon pay (for all staff employed under 'agenda for change')
Change of pay-day to last working day of the month (except for December)
All Public Health staff will be entitled to remain on the NHS Pension Scheme
NHS Trade Union recognition will transfer across to BCC
Transfer will not affect continuous service or redundancy statusTUPE Transfer
